How long is your dispatch time?
As all items are made to order our standard dispatch time is 2 -3 weeks for individual items. For larger bridal orders this time is likely to increase due to the number of dresses required. Brooch Bouquets will take longer as sourcing the required brooches can take a little time.
It's always worth getting in touch if you have any urgent or special requirements and we will get right back to you.
How long does shipping normally take?
Shipping varies from country to country - the below are approximate timings based on using 1st Class - Tracked and Signed Service.
I'm not sure what size I am exactly
That's fine, with so many variations it can get quite complicated. All of our items have a size guide on the page. If you fall between sizes or would like something tailored to your exact measurements we can do this for no extra cost.
How do I measure myself?
It's always best to get someone to help with this if possible. Please refer to our measuring guide for more assistance. I'm happy to assist you via message/ email if necessary - please don't suffer in silence!

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for made to measure items but are happy to make alterations to the garment if incorrect measurements have been taken.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns are accepted if the item is defective or received damaged - this needs to be relayed to us upon receipt of the goods.
We make all of these items to order, for you, and we offer alterations - if necessary to compliment our bespoke service. Sadly we cannot issue a refund if you have changed your mind about your purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will be refunded
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We recommend that you use a tracked service when returning an item as items lost in the post without adequate insurance will not be refunded.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
